If you are 10 minutes late there will be a $15 late fee applied at the end of your service. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged. If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW, you may be blocked from future bookings and your card will be charged 100% of the services booked. If you cancel the day of your appointment after confirming, your card will be charged 60% of the services booked.
